Onine review sites are great but how accurate are the ratings? Most peope forget to write when they have a great experience or meal yet don't hesitate when they have a negative view.  Was this caused by a disgruntled employed? A competitors way to sabatoge? It's hard to judge what is a fair review and what is based on one consumers perceptions.

With such a competitive market it is hard for a business to stay afloat and even harder for a customer to make the right choice to match their cravings or to meet their overall expectations.

My plan is to spotlight the restaurants that prove daily hard work, customer loyalty and consistent service standards, while meeting the overall satisfaction of food quality and price. There are many restaurants that I have gone into and had a remarkable meal but the overall experience was not to standards. These would not be on my list unless there was a VERY good reason.  I would make note of the good and the bad in this situation.

 I have years of experience cooking in restaurant, hotel and residential kitchens. My entire family loves to cook so I started learning at a young age.  While working in the hospitality industry I was taught quite a bit from world famous chefs.  I also found my own tricks and techniques through many experiences.
